The skills that got you here are not the skills the new job needs, and nobody said that out loud. Most leadership training then hands you theory you forget by Tuesday. That gap is the whole reason we exist.

People do not learn leadership from a lecture. They learn it by performing under pressure and then seeing themselves clearly. Theory has to move out of the classroom and into the lab.

This is why a calm quiz tells you nothing useful. You answer a quiz as the leader you wish you were. Put a clock on it and the real one shows up, the one who runs on habit when there is no time to perform. Our entire design points at that moment.

• The pattern, in your words. Six bullets, ninety seconds to read. Everyone else ships forty-page reports nobody acts on. You get the one thing that matters and a move to make Monday.
• Whether it stuck. The tune-up runs the same pressure points again. Insight without a second rep does not survive a real Monday. Repetition is the product.
