These are the terms for using Reaction Course. We have kept them plain. By using the product, you agree to them.

What Reaction Course is

A leadership development tool. It gives you timed scenarios and AI-generated coaching based on a field-tested methodology. It is a training aid, not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice. The coaching is a mirror to help you reflect, and the decisions you make are your own.

Your account

You are responsible for the email you sign in with. Do not share anything through the product that you do not have the right to share.

Founding Membership and refunds

Founding Membership is a one-time payment for lifetime access to Level 1 beyond the free tier, and to future levels and upgrades as they ship. Payment is processed by Stripe.

If it is not for you, email hello@reactioncourse.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No hoops.

What we promise, and do not

We work hard to keep the product accurate, useful, and available. We cannot promise it is perfect or never down, and we provide it as is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the coaching. This methodology has helped many leaders, and it is still a tool, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change, we will note it here and update the date above.
