Reaction Course asks you to write candidly about real situations at work. We take that seriously. This page says plainly what we collect and what we do with it.

Your responses are private

The words you type in a scenario are used to generate your coaching and to show you your own results. We do not sell them. We do not share them with your employer or anyone else. We do not publish them. Anonymized, aggregate patterns may inform how we improve the coaching, but your individual responses stay yours.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in.
• Your scenario responses and the debriefs generated from them.
• Basic, privacy-preserving usage analytics (which pages load, not who you are).
• If you buy a membership, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To run the product: sign you in, generate your coaching, save your progress, and process a purchase if you make one. To generate a debrief, your response is sent to our AI coaching provider for that single purpose. We do not use your responses to advertise to you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and your responses at any time. Email hello@reactioncourse.com and we will remove them.
